   The appointment report as a PDF – with version number and change comparison

   In the Business Hub you can now create an appointment report as a PDF on an appointment’s page: all days, all sessions with time, track, room and confirmation status, and all participants with their sessions.

   ℹ Every version carries a number – on every page. And each one lists what has changed since the previous one: moved, new and dropped sessions, room changes, who has joined and who no longer attends. If nothing in the plan has changed, no new number is created.

   ℹ The panel tells you whether the latest version still matches the plan. That way nobody mistakes an older printout for the current one.

   ⚠ Internal notes are not included in the report, and people appear the way they have chosen for themselves – an e-mail address only if the person shows it. The report is made to be passed on.

   ℹ We are building the report for invitees, showing only their own sessions, next. It is created by whoever plans the appointment; anyone in the account can download it.
